The cemetery has spearheaded the effort to give this child a respectful burial since day one as his remains stayed with the Luzerne County Coroner pending the courts decision.

Cemetery plot holders, Kathy Smith Tomcheck and her husband Joseph have graciously offered one of their plots. Kathy along with her sister Gale Kubida and their niece Renee Michelle wanted Jacob to be buried in the family plot.

"He didn't have a good family in life but he will spend eternity with a great family!"
In addition, Catawissa Monument will be donating a beautiful headstone for Jacob.
Lay Pastor Albert Titus will perform the graveside service. The public is invited to service and any donations received will be given to the siblings.
