Our hall is available for private parties, meetings, celebrations, and community events. Please review the rental details below before submitting your inquiry. A member of our team will follow up to confirm availability and next steps.
Hall Rental Rates
All rentals require a 2‑hour minimum.
Standard Rental Pricing (per event):

Member Discount
Active members of Valley Regional Fire & Rescue receive a 50% discount on rental durations of 4 hours or longer.
Each member may use this discount up to two times per calendar year. Additional rentals are billed at full price.
Community & Charity Events
Valley Regional Fire & Rescue may offer adjusted pricing or special consideration for community‑focused or charitable events. These exceptions are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and are not guaranteed. If you believe your event qualifies, please include details in the inquiry form.
Deposit & Cancellations
A $100 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
The deposit will be refunded after your event once the hall has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
If you choose to cancel your rental, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit, and the remaining $75 will be returned to you.
Private Bar Service (Optional)
If you wish to offer alcoholic beverages at your event, a Private Bar must be contracted through Valley Regional Fire & Rescue.
Private Bar Fees:
- $50 bartender activation fee (covers setup, stocking, and closing)

$50 per hour for bar operation
Additional bartenders may be required for larger events. This will be communicated before signing the rental agreement.
Alcohol Policy
If a Private Bar is not contracted:
❌ No alcohol of any kind is permitted in the rental hall or on the premises.
This includes alcohol brought by renters, guests, or vendors.
Members of VRFR/Butler Township Fire Company may access the Club Room as usual if they are in good standing with the Club. Non-members may only enter the Club Room if properly signed in by a current member in accordance with Club policies.
Failure to follow the alcohol policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of the event without refund
- Forfeiture of the security deposit
- Possible denial of future rental privileges
